Thanks for doing this one — it should only take about 2 minutes.

Before this computer starts using the price calculator, I need to check that it is actually allowed to reach it. Some store networks block websites they don't recognise. This page tries the handful of addresses the calculator needs and tells me which ones get through.

It only looks at public web pages. It doesn't change anything on this computer, doesn't install anything, doesn't log in as anybody, and doesn't touch any customer info. Promise. 🙏

The short version: press the button, click a few links, copy the results, email them to me. There are four steps below and they go green as you finish them. If anything looks confusing, just do your best — even a half-finished answer helps me.

  1. Open Outlook and start a new email.
  2. Send it to support@REPLACE-WITH-DOMAIN.example
  3. Subject: Network test results (anything works, really)
  4. Click in the message body and paste with Ctrl + V — or right-click and choose Paste.
  5. Hit send. Done!

If the paste comes out empty, come back here, click inside the grey box in step 3, press Ctrl + A then Ctrl + C, and try pasting again.
