The address and the line printed on this store’s invoices, quotes and counter screen. Text only — the logo, the colours and the installed-app icon are the same on every store on the platform and are not yours or anyone else’s to change here.
Store account & staff access
The shared account every till in this store signs in with. It is a separate identity from yours: it runs the counter, and it can never reach billing, create or delete a store, or change what it is itself allowed to do. Only you can create it, set its password, or take its access away.
Pricing version history
Each time this store's pricing or branding is saved, the version it replaced is kept here — the last 20. If a price edit went wrong, restore the version from before it instead of resetting everything to factory pricing.
Email alerts
Where this store hears about work running late and stock running out, without anyone having to watch the board. One address, chosen by you; we check every half hour and send nothing when there is nothing to say. Leave the address empty to switch every alert off.
Your data
Everything this store keeps on the platform — its details, pricing configuration, print jobs, inventory, invoices, usage counters, saved configuration versions and your feedback — as one JSON file you can keep or move elsewhere.
